Earth Sama Emerges from CO2e, aligning for the Net-Zero 2050 Transition

May 29, 2025 — Vancouver, Canada — CO2e, a climate-tech platform advancing regenerative carbon removal and digital innovation, today announced its official rebrand to Earth Sama. The name change marks a strategic realignment for global scalability and a deeper commitment to supporting the world’s collective journey toward net-zero emissions by 2050.

The new identity—Earth Sama—resolves prior trademark constraints while embracing a broader vision of equitable, decentralized climate leadership. As governments, corporations, and communities intensify efforts to meet mid-century decarbonization goals, Earth Sama is poised to equip frontline actors with the tools and transparency needed to lead with impact.

“Our new identity is a reflection of where we’re going—not just as a company, but as a climate infrastructure movement,” said Uynghiem Ngo, founder and CEO. “We’re building the tools that enable farmers, cooperatives, Indigenous groups, and frontline nations to participate—and lead—in the carbon economy with dignity, transparency, and scale.”

Earth Sama’s soon-to-be-launched climate-tech creator platform will radically simplify the process of generating, verifying, and monetizing carbon credits. The platform is built to make carbon markets accessible to communities historically excluded from them, supporting a just and inclusive transition. Its modular architecture includes satellite-integrated monitoring, blockchain-based transparency, and user-first tools designed to unlock climate finance at the grassroots level.

The rebrand will be fully rolled out by Q3 2025, with uninterrupted support for all existing partners, developers, and stakeholders.
